SATHAPANA Limited Myanmar is looking for a strong and experienced “HEAD OF HR” POSITION & “Regional Manager (Mon & Magway region)” position.
For “Head of HR” position is expected to meet the following criteria.
🔷 Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience as a Head of HR/ Generalist HR Manager with proven managerial abilities
🔷 Designing HR budgets over 1,600 headcounts, overseeing HR Depts & functions
🔷 Ability to manage over 1,600 headcounts of all HR functions
🔷 Deep understanding of Myanmar Labor Law including personal income tax, dispute Laws, and employment laws.
🔷 Act as a Liaise between Executive Management Team and employees
🔷 Excellent communication skill, negotiation skills, and problem-solving skills.
For Regional Manager Position, who have proven working experience in the Microfinance field with a similar role for 5 years, and someone who is good in English.
The candidate must be able to manage PAR control, branch portfolio, employees relation, branch operation & expansion, and excellent communication skill.
