SATHAPANA Limited Myanmar is looking for a strong and experienced “HEAD OF HR” POSITION & “Regional Manager (Mon & Magway region)” position.
For “Head of HR” position is expected to meet the following criteria.
π· Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience as a Head of HR/ Generalist HR Manager with proven managerial abilities
π· Designing HR budgets over 1,600 headcounts, overseeing HR Depts & functions
π· Ability to manage over 1,600 headcounts of all HR functions
π· Deep understanding of Myanmar Labor Law including personal income tax, dispute Laws, and employment laws.
π· Act as a Liaise between Executive Management Team and employees
π· Excellent communication skill, negotiation skills, and problem-solving skills.
For Regional Manager Position, who have proven working experience in the Microfinance field with a similar role for 5 years, and someone who is good in English.
The candidate must be able to manage PAR control, branch portfolio, employees relation, branch operation & expansion, and excellent communication skill.
