SATHAPANA Limited invited an outsource training institution to host the Training of Trainers (ToT) program for SATHAPANA’s multi-departmental in-house trainers at Head Office. In this program, SATHAPANA’s trainers enhanced their training skills and conceptual knowledge by proactively engaging in the sessions enriched with educational, fun, and effective training methods. Our in-house trainers are thrilled and dedicated to reapply the changing contemporary training approaches in their regular training cycle.
