လူကြီးမင်းတို့၏ ချစ်လှစွာသောသား ကိုအောင်သီဟသည် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နေစဉ်အတွင်း အမှတ်မထင်ခွဲခွာ သွားရသောကြောင့် မိသားစု၏ ဆုံးရှုံးမှုအပေါ် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ စထာပါနာလီမိတက်မှ ထပ်တူထပ်မျှ ဝမ်းနည်း ကြေကွဲရပါသည်။ ကိုအောင်သီဟ သည် သထုံရုံးခွဲအဖွဲ့၏ အားကိုးရသောသူ၊ စံထားရသောသူတစ်ဦးဖြစ်ပြီး စထာပါနာလီမိတက်အနေဖြင့်လည်း တန်ဖိုးထားရသည့် ဝန်ထမ်းတစ်ဦးဖြစ်ကြောင်း ဖော်ပြလိုပါသည်။ ကိုအောင်သီဟ သည် ၎င်း၏ လုပ်ဖော်ကိုင်ဖက်များအား စိတ်အားထက်သန်စွာ ကူညီတတ်ပြီး စိတ်ခွန်အား လည်း ပေးလေ့ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ကိုအောင်သီဟ ကဲ့သို့ ကုမ္ပဏီနှင့် လုပ်ဖော်ကိုင်ဖက်များကို အမြဲ ဦးစားပေးတတ်သည့် သူမတူ အရည်အချင်းမျိုး ရှိသူနှင့် ကြုံရခဲပါသည်။ ကိုအောင်သီဟ သည် ကုမ္ပဏီနှင့် လက်တွဲလုပ်ကိုင်ခဲ့သော အချိန်တိုကာလအတွင်း မှာပင် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ရည်မှန်းထားခဲ့သောအရာများကို အောင်မြင်စွာစွမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ခဲ့သူ ဖြစ်သည်။ ဝန်ထမ်းကောင်း တစ်ယောက်အနေဖြင့် ကုမ္ပဏီအတွက် သူ၏ ကြိုးပမ်းလုပ်ဆောင်ပေးခဲ့မှုများကို အစဉ်ထာဝရ အသိအမှတ် ပြုသွားပါမည်။

ထိုကဲ့သို့ ဝန်ထမ်းကောင်းတစ်ယောက် ဆုံးရှုံးရမှုအပေါ် မိသားစုနှင့် ထပ်တူထပ်မျှ ဝမ်းနည်းကြေကွဲရပါသည်။ ကိုအောင်သီဟနှင့် သိကျွမ်းခွင့်၊ အတူလက်တွဲလုပ်ကိုင်ခွင့်၊ တူတူဖြတ်သန်းခဲ့ရသည့် တန်ဖိုးရှိသော အမှတ်တရ ကောင်းများ ပိုင်ဆိုင်ခွင့် ရရှိခဲ့သည်များကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ကံကောင်းခြင်းဟု မှတ်ယူမိပါသည်။ ကိုအောင်သီဟ လို မိသားစုဝင်တစ်ဦးအလား၊ လုပ်ဖော်ကိုင်ဖက်ကောင်းတစ်ယောက် ရရှိခဲ့မှုအတွက် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အနေဖြင့် များစွာ ဂုဏ်ယူရပါသည်။
