In order to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations carried out by Cashiers serving at SATHAPANA branches across various regions and states throughout Myanmar, and to ensure their timely understanding, retention, and proper compliance with the Companyโs established policies and procedures, the โRefreshment Training for Cashiersโ was successfully conducted at the Sathapana Head Office.
During the training period, participating Cashiers from different branches were provided with comprehensive guidance and discussions focused primarily on financial operational processes, step-by-step cash receiving and disbursement procedures, as well as systematic management and control of financial records and documentation.
In addition, practical experience-sharing sessions were incorporated to equip participants with effective approaches for addressing potential workplace challenges and operational issues.
Through the continuous organization of such training programs, the Company has been able to further strengthen the competencies of its Cashiers while enhancing the overall operational efficiency of its branch offices.
