Dear all Stakeholders,

We would like to officially announce the appointment of Mr. Sudeep Gupta as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SATHAPANA Limited. Mr. Gupta resumed office on 8 December 2022.

Mr. Gupta comes with a work experience of 23 years in financial services both Banks and Non-Banks and his last stint was with Fino Finance Private Limited as a Whole Time Director. He was responsible for the formulation and implementation of growth strategies, meeting the targeted revenue budget of the company with the effectiveness and efficiency of operational and risk management processes both internally and externally. Prior to Fino, he also worked with organizations like Satin Credit care Microfinance Ltd, Fullerton India, ICICI bank, and Ashok Leyland.

We are honored for having Mr. Sudeep Gupta as our CEO, and we believe that his knowledge and wide experiences in the financial and Banking sector, together with strong leadership, will not only lead SATHAPANA Limited to achieve new highs but will also benefit providing sustainable financial services to our clients and people of Myanmar.
