As part of an Action Plan Implementation process after the Training Gap Analysis 2023, SATHAPANA Limited has successfully delivered in-person competency-based trainings to different working positions at some of the branches in AYA region. We anticipate that these trainings are considerately designed to be highly interactive and engaging to each of the trainees and will be supplementary for our employees to enhance their competency and productivity in their daily operational responsibilities.
