SATHAPANA Limited successfully completed and graduated the fourth batch of its Management Trainee Program, conducted from 3 March 2026 to 31 August 2026, with the aim of developing future management leaders of the company.

During the six-month program, trainees gained practical experience through rotations across various departments, allowing them to develop their communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and professional skills. The program combined departmental rotations, practical assignments, mentoring, Learning & Development activities, supervisor assessments, and a final presentation.

The program is designed for fresh graduates and individuals with limited work experience, providing them with opportunities to explore different functions within the microfinance sector and identify suitable career paths.
With the successful completion of Batch-4, SATHAPANA Limited continues its commitment to nurturing young talent and developing high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
