SATHAPANA Limited Myanmar successfully conducted a Training-of-Trainer (TOT) Program to strengthen the capabilities of our internal trainers and enhance the quality of learning across the organization.

Delivered in collaboration with experienced external facilitators, the program combined practical exercises, interactive learning, and proven training methodologies to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver engaging, learner-centered, and impactful training sessions.
