SATHAPANA Limited Myanmar is pleased to announce the successful completion of the “BM’s Refreshment Training” program, conducted at the Head Office for Branch Managers from various locations. This program was designed to strengthen branch operational effectiveness and ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

In addition to the refresher sessions, we also delivered a “Motivational Leadership” training module to further enhance the leadership capabilities of our managers—empowering them to lead with responsibility, integrity, and ethical decision-making.
