We would like to officially announce the appointment of Ms. Nilar Soe as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of SATHAPANA Limited effective on 3 April 2023.

Ms. Nilar Soe was enriched with over 20 years of work experience in the Microfinance sector in Myanmar at various types of institutions such as the UNDP-OPS program, INGO, and foreign Microfinance companies. She started her carrier as a Field Officer position at the UNDP-OPS Micro-credit program and she earns over 20 years of experience in managerial positions in those organizations as Program Manager, Internal Audit Team Leader as Head of the Department, Deputy Finance Manager, Field Office Coordinator, Operations Manager, Deputy General Manager, General Manager, and Chief Operating Officer throughout her carrier from 1997 to 2023. Moreover, she has served for four years with Myanmar Microfinance Association as an Executive Committee member as joint secretary and deputy chairperson.

We believe that her knowledge and rich experiences in the microfinance industry will be a great valuable asset for the company and she will contribute more to the development of SATHAPANA Limited Myanmar while we are providing sustainable and inclusive financial services to our clients.
