QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor degree finance or banking, business management or equivalent.
• At least two years’ working experience in supervisory or managerial position.
• Good analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Be computer literate – MS office and MS outlook.
• Good English skills including writing, speaking, listening and reading.
• Ability to initiate and prioritize multi-tasks.
• Be honest, flexible, hardworking, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel.
• Must be Myanmar nationality

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and support the implementation of credit strategies, credit policies, and credit procedures.
• Identify all types of credit risk and recommend any enhancement of credit risk management framework, credit strategies, credit policies and credit procedures.
• Carry out an independent evaluation of loan requests from all branches, approve loans within discretionary power or recommend to higher authorities for approval.
• Cooperate with marketing department in developing new loan products or tailoring the existing products in order to incorporate risk-based lending practices into lending product development processes.
• Manage the diversification and trend of all loan portfolio compositions and recommend any limits of portfolio exposure.
• Manage bad debt accounts including delinquent, non-performing, restructure and write off loans.
• Participate in recruitment, annual performance evaluation and capacity development of all credit related positions.
