Report to: Front Office Unit Manager
Position Summary
Performing his/her tasks and duties within the scope described herein closely with front-office unit officers and is directed by a front-office unit manager. The assistant plays basic roles in implementing procedures, guidelines, circulars, and providing technical supports to branches.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Branch Operations Support
- Provide sufficient technical support on system practice on-site and online.
- Offer appropriate supports and clear instruction on implementing operations procedures, guidelines to service counter staff.
- Take on missions to help branch operations when necessary and to organize operations workflow at newly established branches and existing branches as required.
- Provide solutions to service’s problems and issues.
- Ensure the smoothness in daily close of branch operations.
- Service and Product Development
- Participate in new product research as needed.
- Take part in new product or service development and system testing and implementation.
- Capacity Development
- Constantly improve skills and knowledge to cope with the company’s expansion.
- Help the unit manager to identify training needs for service counter team.
- Reporting and Others
- Report verbally or in writing to the unit manager about incidents or issues.
- Perform other tasks as required by managers
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Education
- At least Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, banking, or business administration
- Other Bachelor’s degree with diplomas or certificates in the related fields.
- Language
- Proficient in Myanmar Language
- Being able to communicate in English is preferable.
- Practical Experiences and Skills
- Experiences in financial or banking in industry
- Experiences in any multi-branch company
- Good skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of any financial or banking computerized systems
- Good at teamwork and interpersonal skill
- Good problem-solving skill
- Be well-organized and a good starter

Position Summary
The Front Office Unit Officer is responsible for regularly supporting the branches and ensuring branch operational activities run smoothly and efficiently. Provides training technical support to branches and directly report to Front Office Unit Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Branch Operations Support
- Provide sufficient technical support on system practice on site and online.
- Supports the branches by providing constructive idea and solutions to service’s problem.
- Supports the branches for using MBWin Software through understanding and ability.
- Take on mission to help branch operations when necessary and to organize operations workflow at newly established branches and existing branches as required.
Follow-Up Support
- Monitor development activities and ensure optimal standard of all services to customer.
- Follow-up to branches according to Back Office Unit inspection report.
- Participate in refreshment training for existing branches if needed.
Capacity Development
- Understand to all operational control to ensure the security of branch supporting.
- Participate in providing training needs for service counter team.
Reporting and Others
- Maintaining branch incident report related to operations transactions and issues.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- At least Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, banking, or business administration
Language
- Proficient in Myanmar Language
- Being able to communicate well in formal English (writing, speaking, and listening)
Practical Experiences and Skills
- At least one year experience in financial or banking in industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of any financial or banking computerized systems
- Good at teamwork and interpersonal skill
- Be capable of solving problems
- Be well-organized and a good starter
