Responsible to: Talent Management & Development Unit Manager
Position Summary
The Assistant Manager, Talent Management & Curriculum Development, is responsible for developing the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive talent management programs and learning initiatives that align with organizational objectives. This role focuses on enhancing employee competencies, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and supporting career development to meet business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities of Talent Management & Development Assistant Unit Manager
• Lead and implement Talent Management Programs for succession planning
• Manage Management Trainee Program to attract young talents
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to close skill gaps
• Design and deliver effective training programs
• Monitor, evaluate, and report program results
• Collaborate with internal teams & external stakeholders
• Develop surveys to align employee & organizational development
• Update L&D policies and procedures
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree (HR/Business preferred)
• Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Ability to design & implement training plans
• Basic data analysis skills (a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good command of English & Burmese
